Bikes, Blues & BBQ

{ What Ashley wore: Nollie Long Sleeve c/o PacSun, thrifted shorts, Nollie Leather Jacket c/o PacSun, thigh high socks c/o Hot Topic, Black Poppy Boots c/o PacSun, most jewelry thrifted and Forever 21}
 Recently Josh, Hunter and I visited Fayetteville to go to the Bikes, Blues & BBQ Bike Rally not to mention to hit up the skate park. A big shout out and thanks to our good friend Ryan for letting us stay with him. Following the beauuuutiful drive up there, we managed to see tons of cool bikes, eat some good food, see all sorts of cool jewelry and knick-knacks. Good Times with great friends. Oh! And I managed to make a new friends at the skate park, He's 5 and rides a tricycle. Does that sound creepy? Oh well. On the way back home we stopped at a little antique trinket shop where josh found a few cool items including some patches and a nice little wolf statue. It was definitely refreshing to be in a different environment around all types of people. I've gotta get out of town more often!

Downtown Livin'

 { What Ashley wore: gifted No Doubt tee, thrifted Levi high-waisted shorts, thrifted grey cardigan, Nollie purse, her dad's watch, PacSun sandals }
 { What Haley wore: Piko dress from Pink Avenue in Hot Springs, AR, thrifted jean jacket, White Chuck Taylors, Emma Fox purse, thrifted watch }
 Hello from the weird girl above! ^
Where do I begin with this post? Oh, I already know. I am super excited for fall because I love warm colors, layering, the outdoors, the weather. I have a big, fat crush on fall and I'll be the first to admit it. The other thing I have a supa hard crush on is my new black Piko dress. I found this dress at a local boutique in Hot Springs called Pink Avenue. Let me tell you that it is super comfy. So comfortable that I wore it to work that day. It is a simple piece that I can pair with about anything. So one day I can make it very casual (like I did above) or dress it up a bit for a night on the town.
I know Ashley would love for me to talk about her most recent find and purchase that she has been head over heels lately. Drum roll please! Her thrifted Levi high waisted shorts that she cut herself. She has been on the hunt all summer for a pair in her size and her denim fairy godmother finally led her to them.
Ashley and I are both making separate trips up to a town called Fayetteville in Arkansas soon. She is going to a bike rally called Bikes, Blues & BBQ. I, Haley, am going to see..VAMPIRE WEEKEND LIVE. Ah! I am just a wee bit excited. But I am telling you fabulous people this because we will have some cool post coming your way!
May the beautiful fall weather be with you!
XO, Haley!

Little Red Working Boots

Welcome to PacSun in Hot Springs, Arkansas!
{ What Ashley wore: Nollie tank top, Bullhead demin, thrifted boots }
{ What Haley wore: Nollie crop tee, thrifted black cardigan, Forever 21 pants, Billabong sandals, Forever jewelry }
Well, here we go again with the work excuse, but guess what? We have been working! We have proof for you too. This outfit post was taken at the famous PacSun in Hot Springs. Both of us are rocking a new piece from our back-to-school collection. Ashley is wearing the new Bullhead high-rise skinniest jeans. And here is Ashley's opinion on them, "I like them." But really though, they are super comfy and easy to pair with just about anything. Pst, they make your butt look nice too! Haley is wearing the new Nollie olive crop tee. How Haley feels about her crop top, we will never know! But hey, they are affordable and PacSun is carrying a lot of cool colors and patterns at the moment. If you haven't already checked out PacSun for back-to-school or fall, then you totally should. Seriously. Like stop reading and get in your car and get to the nearest PacSun. Pretty much anything you ever need is there! And guys, we have a lot of rad new mens product too! Oh, by the way, that's our pal Nic, who works next door at Journey's. He can definitely can teach you ladies a thing or two about twerking. And not to mention, he can hit those high notes when it comes to Destiny's Child.
We are starting to sound like the bloggers that cried wolf, but we promise that we are working on it. There we go again, working! Pshhhhh. Rihanna did tell us to only see dollar signs though.
$tay chill, $tay trill!

Young Bloods

 { What Ashley wore: Aerie tank top, thrifted Tommy Hilfiger flannel, thrifted Gap shorts, Kendall & Kylie sunglasses, Ashley's grandma's socks, black Vans }
 { What Haley wore: Forever 21 graphic tank, PacSun short sleeve cardigan, American Eagle jeans, Steve Madden combat boots }
HAIII! Quick post before & after work and not to mention before it started pouring down rain! We've been having insane stormy weather lately! One minute it's raining the next its bright and sunny, which makes it difficult when trying to decide what to wear. As you know we are hard working ladies and as one of us gets off its time for the other to go in. During the short in between time we wandered off into the depths of Haley's backyard. Our adventure was cut short due to thunder and lightning, bugs attacking us, and the ticking clock. Words of wisdom from yah girl: Always use bug spray when exploring the great outdoors. Or you'll come out looking like you have the chicken pox or something. Not to mention these little babies are extremely itchy and absolutely no fun at all.
Well as always we've got shit to do! Stay Chill, Stay Trill!

Workaholics

{ What Ashley wore: LA Hearts cami, Brandy Melville maxi skirt, PacSun sandals, Forever 21 jewelry }
{ What Haley wore: Diamond cropped tank, black maxi skirt, Converse high tops }
{ What Ashley wore: Forever 21 graphic tee, American Eagle shorts, thrifted flannel (and her favorite), PacSun combat boots }
{ What Haley wore: Forever 21 crop top, Brandy Melville maxi skirt, PacSun flannel, Converse high tops }
So this is Haley! I am going to apologize for both Ashley and I because we have been lacking and we just started. It is not acceptable! I left Ashley for five days when I went to Virginia to visit family and it totally threw us off. Here is what we have been doing since the last post though, work, work, and more work. No lie! We both work at PacSun (which is why a lot of our clothing comes from there) and I am a waitress at a local Mexican restaurant in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is called Taco Mama if any of you guys make a visit to Hot Springs and want to come see me in action, then please do.
Ashley and I decided to do two outfit post in one because we wanted to show you that we are still dedicated to this! Ash and I love to take "best friend dates" because that is just how we do and the homies swear that we are attached at the hip. Notice how we both rock the Brandy Melville maxi skirt on different best friend dates. If you don't own a maxi skirt and want one, then let me just help you by saying you need to get the Brandy Melville one because it is so incredibly comfy, but still stylish. What more could a girl want?! I was also super stoked about the purchase of the skirt because it was long enough for my tall self. Fun fact about your girl, Haley: I am 5'10", so finding jeans and skirts and dresses that are long enough is a struggle.
It is time for this chica to head to bed because believe it or not, I work tomorrow. But Ashley and I are going to be sitting down soon to plan for the blog! Another post will be up this week, so be on the lookout. Also, if you aren't following us on instagram, then go follow now! Our username is: stylewasteland.
Stay trill!
